- Filling the windows with our products and rotate them

Main responsibilities:
Ensure the proper functioning of all machinery on site
Link with the repairmen in case of breakdown
Ensure the cleaning of professional refrigerators and freezers
Ensure the proper functioning of industrial equipment
Supervise the staff in place to ensure compliance with the cleaning procedures of the site
Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and all facilities
Ensure the proper functioning of the dishwashing area
Clean the premises in conjunction with the team
Supervise the respect of the MAPAQ procedures
Establish new operating procedures to increase the profitability of the site
Ensure food refills during services
Ensure food supplies are in place for service
Inspect the premises or facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
Prepare budget, estimate costs
Position Requirements:
